Program Description: 

To provide financial assistance in the procurement of tools and equipment needed in the implementation of Junior High School Technology and Livelihood Education (TLE) and Senior High School Technical-Vocational Livelihood Track.

Requirements:

School principal or designated representative must submit the following to GAPASCA, Attn: Adopt-A-Classroom Program

  1.  TLE’s or Tech-Voc courses must have a DepEd approval for implementation.
  2. Data containing TLE or Tech-Voc courses offered, number of students enrolled in each course, and number of students per period in each course.
  3. Itemized list of tools and equipment to be purchased.
  4. Comparison cost of tool/equipment requested from three different vendors with detailed cost, brand name and model.
  5. Other source of funding or resources for procurement of listed items, if any
  6. Implementation date.

Award Information: 


A onetime award of financial grant of up to P50,000 pesos per school.

Total Amount Awarded To Date - $9,000.00

Request Submission Deadline:

Request must be submitted on or before March 31st of the current year to AdoptAClassroom@gapasca.org
The request will be reviewed by the GAPASCA Adopt-A-Classroom Committee and documents are subject for verification. Schools receiving financial assistance will be notified by email.

Approval is based on completion date of requirements and not the date when the request was submitted.
